Safe Storage is pleased to announce the groundbreaking for 6500sq/ft of premium Climate Controlled self storage at its north Nicholasville location at 1030 Elizabeth St. This new addition will allow for dock high and on grade loading and unloading and will feature state of the art security. Designed and Constructed by the Carey Group featuring a Storage Structures steel building, Janus hallways and doors, and DKS equipment. Estimated completion and target opening of this building is September 1, 2011.

Safe Storage has received final certification from the Lexington Fayette Urban County government for its development plan to expand its Frankfort Court location by nearly 80,000 square ft. This facility will feature a L.E.E.D. certified office and sales building and has been designed and will be constructed according to “Green” build guidelines. This facility will be prominently located on now vacant frontage along Old Frankfort Pike, with a new entrance and signage on this “gateway” arterial access to New Circle road and downtown.

In joint collaboration, the City of Nicholasville and Safe Storage is pleased to announce the completion of the William Hale Memorial Nature Sanctuary.
