The StoreRoom Mobile Storage was started Spring of 2004 and has been taking the stress out of storage ever since!
We offer mobile storage called "Yellow Boxes", all of which are delivered to your home, office, job site—just about any where you need storage! All of our mobile storage solutions can be relocated when loaded. Once you have packed your pods we will collect it and place it in our secure, climate controlled warehouse. You no longer need to load/unload twice!
After you load your Yellow Box at your leisure, we'll come and pick it up to store at our facility or deliver to a prearranged location. Once at our facility the covers are removed and stored in our climate controlled facility (50-80 degrees) equipped with a 24 hour security, video surveillance, sprinkler system and treated monthly by ORKIN!
The portability of our mobile storage containers and the convenience of online payments, the Storeroom Mobile Storage in Nicholasville, Kentucky is ready when you are. Our portable storage units were designed with the customer in mind. Our units feature sturdy and waterproof construction, the ability to be placed virtually anywhere on your property, and the option to have them stored in our climate controlled warehouse. The Storeroom warehouse is conveniently located on the North end of Nicholasville, just minutes from Man O’ War.
Much like PODS, The StoreRoom Mobile Storage offers the option of mobile storage and portable storage to customers in Lexington, Nicholasville and surrounding counties. The Storeroom uses a different more convenient box and delivery system and unlike PODS our boxes can be stored in a fully Climate Controlled Warehouse. PODS does not have a climate controlled storage option. The Storeroom also offers a box size similar to PODS through its affiliation with “Go-Mini of Kentucky”. The name PODS is proprietary to its company. PODS is owned by a private equity firm from Baharain, in the Middle East. The Storeroom Mobile Storage is locally owned and operated.
